Volunteer For Pride 2025!
We couldn’t pull off Pride without you! Our volunteers are essential to planning and running Rexburg’s annual Pride Celebration. How can you become a volunteer?

Fill out and submit the volunteer interest form.
Our volunteer coordinator will reach out to you with details.
Activities: Prep activity stations leading up to the event, and/or run activity booths during Pride. (Typically a 90 minute volunteer shift: 3:00-4:30, 4:30-6:00, 6:00-7:30, with clean-up at 7:30 - our volunteer coordinator will reach out to you to confirm a time and activity area prior to the event, or you can include your availability in the notes of the form.)
Decorations: Prep decorations leading up to the event, and set up decorations at Pride.
Event Set Up: Work with Committee leads and volunteers to set up activities, tents, tables, and banners. In addition, these volunteers will assist vendors with setting up their booths. (Setup will begin between 12-1 pm on Saturday.)
Post Pride: Handwrite and send thank you cards to sponsors and participants, make thank you gift baskets and deliver to local businesses, organize pride storage, double check cleanliness of Porter Park the day after.
Program & Stage Help: Assist with transitions between performers and work with the program lead to keep the event on schedule.
