Volunteer at Pride!
We couldn’t pull off Pride without you! Our volunteers are essential to planning and running Rexburg’s annual Pride Celebration. How can you become a volunteer?

Fill out and submit the volunteer interest form
Sign a Volunteer Contract and Media Release form (will be emailed to you)
Attend a volunteer training
Activities: Prep activity stations leading up to the event, and run activity booths during Pride.
Decorations: Prep decorations leading up to the event, and set up decorations at Pride.
De-escalation: Attend de-escalation training prior to Pride, take shifts at Pride, and cooperate with Rexburg Police Department/security.
Event Set Up: Work with Committee leads and volunteers to set up activities, tents, tables, and banners. In addition, these volunteers will assist vendors with setting up their booths.
Post Pride: Handwrite and send thank you cards to sponsors and participants, make thank you gift baskets and deliver to local businesses, organize pride storage, double check cleanliness of Porter Park the day after.
Program & Stage Help: Assist with transitions between performers and work with the program lead to keep the event on schedule.
